BB Living Easton Park is set to hold a grand opening event for its new residential community on August 16. The event will take place from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 8700 Finial Drive in Austin, Texas. The development features new townhomes with three and four-bedroom options, private yards, attached garages, and modern finishes.

The event is open to prospective residents and families who want to explore the new homes. Staff will be present to provide information about the community and answer questions about the townhomes.

In addition to home tours, attendees can participate in several activities. There will be food provided by Chuy’s Mexican food, a dessert bar, charcuterie cups, live music, yard games, a bouncy house and slide for children, a photo booth, a permanent jewelry station, and a prize wheel offering gift cards.

A special promotion will be available during the grand opening. BB Living Easton Park is offering up to $6,000 in rental credits for those attending the event.

“During the event, guests will be able to tour the new 3 and 4-bedroom townhomes. The homes are designed for modern living, featuring private yards, attached garages, and premium finishes. Staff will be on hand to answer questions about the community and about what makes BB Living Easton Park the perfect place to live.”

“This is your chance to envision a lifestyle with ample space and the convenience of renting in one of Austin’s most sought-after neighborhoods.”
