The company appointed Chibuzor Nnaji to lead its Dallas multifamily investment sales team. Nnaji previously served as senior managing director at GREA.

Houston-based Pagewood, an investment and operations firm, is also expanding into the Dallas area. The company recently closed a $25 million fund to support acquisitions and operations in the region. Pagewood has brought on Susan Pohl as senior vice president and Daniel Burnum as investment analyst. Pohl has three decades of experience in multifamily real estate, including five years at Barvin Group, five years at Resource REI, and ten years at KC Venture Group. According to a news release, she has closed more than $4 billion across 35,000 units over her career. Burnum joins from Berkadia where he was a senior debt & equity analyst.

In residential real estate news, Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty has added two agents to its Central and South Texas teams. Eric Copper joins the Austin office as associate broker after managing more than 1,600 agents for Keller Williams’ flagship offices and overseeing annual sales volume exceeding $1 billion. Copper expanded his business to London in 2023.

Cat Lodge joins Kuper’s San Antonio team as an agent. Originally from Australia, Lodge specializes in helping San Antonio transplants such as executives, physicians, scientists and military families.

Keller Williams has named Sandra Howard chief marketing officer. Howard comes from Dallas ad agency LERMA/ and has previously worked with major brands like Southwest Airlines and AT&T.
