Governor Greg Abbott has reappointed Brett Flagg to the Texas Mutual Insurance Company Board of Directors. Flagg’s new term will last until July 1, 2031. Texas Mutual Insurance Company serves as a provider of workers’ compensation insurance for employers in Texas and acts as an insurer of last resort. The company also works to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses and reduce their impact.
Brett Flagg, who lives in Frisco, is an attorney and owns Flagg Law Group, PC in Dallas. He has been a member of the Texas Bar Association for 40 years. In addition to his legal work, Flagg serves on the Board of Directors for e3 Partners Ministry, is part of the Board of Elders at Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, and sits on the Board of Directors for Insight for Living Ministries. He previously chaired the Board of Trustees at Trinity Christian Academy in Addison.
Flagg earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from Baylor University. He also holds a Masters of Law (LLM) from Georgetown University School of Law.
