The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) has announced an extension to the registration deadline for its 2025 Retirees Conference. The event is scheduled for October 20-22, 2025, at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Attendees now have until Monday, September 15, 2025, to register for both the conference and hotel accommodations.

This year’s conference theme is “Leaders and Legends.” According to organizers, the event will recognize the contributions of IAM retirees while focusing on future efforts within the union. “This gathering is more than just a conference; it is also a celebration of solidarity and strength. Retirees and future retirees from across North America will come together to build community, share experiences, and strategize on how to elevate retiree engagement within our union,” stated IAM representatives.

The agenda includes guest speakers, breakout sessions designed to encourage discussion among members, and networking opportunities. A tour of NASA’s Kennedy Space Center is planned as a highlight on Wednesday, October 22.

IAM encourages interested participants to take advantage of the extended registration period before the new deadline.
