Lucie Morillon has been named Communications Representative at the Canadian Office of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), effective September 15, 2025. The appointment was announced by IAM International President Brian Bryant.

Morillon has more than eight years of experience in communications and marketing, with a background that includes work in the non-profit, public, and private sectors.

In her new role, Morillon will support communications initiatives for IAM Canada. Her responsibilities include enhancing the organization’s digital presence, improving engagement with members, and facilitating communication across districts and local branches.

“I’m excited to be joining such a passionate and dedicated team, and I look forward to using my skills to support IAM members across Canada,” said Morillon. “Being part of an organization that champions workers’ rights and helps build stronger, fairer workplaces is truly inspiring, and I’m eager to contribute to this meaningful work.”
