Younger Partners, a commercial real estate firm based in North Texas, has introduced a tenant representation service aimed at industrial clients. Andrew Boster has been promoted from senior vice president to managing director of industrial sales and leasing to lead the new team. He will collaborate with Carter T. Crow, a principal at Younger Partners. The current team also includes vice president Tanja McAleavey and associates Adam Farber and Kim Snow. Boster stated that he plans to expand the team to between 10 and 15 members over the next several years.
In addition to tenant representation, Boster’s group will handle “opportunistic leasing assignments and one-off property sales,” according to a company news release.
WindMass Capital, an investment and development group in Dallas, appointed Lance Wright as chief production officer for WindMass Credit, its structured finance division. Wright previously worked at Greystone, where he was responsible for originating multifamily and commercial loans nationwide. At WindMass, his focus will be on providing loans ranging from $5 million to $35 million in Sun Belt and Central U.S. markets.
Dominium, an affordable housing developer, announced two new hires for vice president roles. Reba Will has joined as vice president of compliance after serving as director of compliance at Premier Housing Management. She will oversee regulatory adherence at Dominium. Ryan Bosolet is now vice president of property management for Dominium’s Mountain West portfolio; he was formerly a regional portfolio manager at Mission Rock Residential.
The Victorica Group, led by founder Mario Victorica in San Antonio, has rejoined eXp Realty after operating independently for a short period and considering offers from other firms. The group consists of 30 agents.
John Winniford is now president of First America Homes, the homebuilding division of Signorelli Company based in The Woodlands. Previously, Winniford served as president and CEO at Brightland Homes where he managed land acquisition strategies.
SRS Real Estate Partners hired several former Colliers professionals to head its Southern California industrial development team. Richard Schwartz leads the new unit with Joey Reaume and Nick Moscicki joining as executive vice president and vice president respectively.
Additionally, SRS brought on Ryan Byrne from CBRE as executive vice president and managing principal within its capital markets team in Dallas. Byrne will manage national retail investments across the South Central region with an emphasis on shopping centers, power centers, and grocery-anchored properties.
