A Magnolia estate owned by YouTube personality Nathan Milner, known online as Unspeakable, is set to be auctioned next month. The property, located at 9011 Breckenridge Drive north of Houston, sits on nearly 11 acres and features a 7,200-square-foot home with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. A moat surrounds the house, which also includes an outdoor kitchen and a game room.

Additional amenities include a basketball court and a workshop large enough for six vehicles. The property benefits from an agricultural use exemption, which offers property tax advantages and allows livestock to be kept on site.

The estate was initially listed for $3.8 million in September but saw its price reduced to $3.5 million in November. JLA Realty agent Jasmin Lye is handling the listing, pricing the home at about $500 per square foot.

Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions will manage the auction process, with starting bids expected between $1 million and $2 million. A preview event is scheduled for February 1, while bidding will open on February 12 and close on February 25.

Milner purchased the estate in 2020 through his company Unspeakable Media LLC. His YouTube channel has more than 19 million subscribers. In one of his most popular videos from August, he converted the property into a water park; however, those water slides have since been removed.

In December, another Houston-area home went to auction after being listed at $9.9 million. The final sale price was not disclosed.

Concierge Auctions is also overseeing the sale of manufacturing executive Chaz Neely’s waterfront estate in Belton through a live auction format.
